Refund Process

    Join the Official LINE Account
    Please add QuickDash official LINE first. Refund request and confirmation will be handled through LINE.

    Send the Following Messages
    Send the required messages in order so support can calculate your refund.
    • Send "I want a refund".
    • Provide your "registered email".
    • Wait for refund amount calculation and confirmation.

Refund Notes

  • Each month is calculated as 30 days.
  • A 5% handling fee applies to all refunds.
  • All QuickDash services are terminated immediately after refund.
  • Refund request date is based on when your LINE message is sent.
  • Refund formula: remaining days × average plan price, minus 5% handling fee.
  • If bonus months were granted, those months are excluded from remaining days.
  • Looker Studio report permissions remain, but all connectors become invalid.
  • Google Sheets schedules stop immediately.
  • QuickDash reserves the right of final interpretation.
